What an Amazing staff ! Everyone from the Bartender . Front Desk . Housekeeping. The young gentleman making sure that there was ice on every floor . I had an unfortunate situation where I checked in last Thursday however ended up being admitted to the hospital . Needless to say I wasn’t available to pack or check out . Not only did management step up . ( Ms. Beverly ) did an exceptional job packing my belongings and making sure that all of my items were there . Thank you management and entire staff for being exceptional . Thank You

The location and the high rating by previous guests was why I chose this hotel. Its distance from the Amphitheater was measured in FEET not MILES! We were in town for a concert and being able to skip car traffic (or an Uber) and just walk the few minutes it took was marvelously convenient!

There was hair all in my shower on the walls. No microwave. Refrigerator didn't work properly, never got drinks cold.

I LOVED the balcony and was pleasantly surprised when I saw it! Spent a good bit of the night people watching (not in a weird way, more like watching drunk people stumbling down the street) my new favorite hotel downtown!

The location to Simmons Bank arena, and the great places to eat down town, we parked our car and did not have to drive anywhere, we were able to walk everywhere we went.

The beds were extremely comfortable. We also liked that there was a couch and desk. The staff was also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

The breakfast sandwich was excellent. The bartender, Sharie, was very friendly, courteous and experienced. Enjoyed wrapping up my day there. Met several fellow patrons.
